With the intention of reaching students who have been having difficulty in accessing teachers physically, few slots for online classes have been opened. There are a few things to note before you commit:

 

  • Online classes are conducted currently for individual (one-on-one) sessions only.
     

  • Minimum study time - two weeks.

  • The possibility to study yoga sutras chanting is also available to students on Fridays.

  • Holidays are observed on Sundays, Moon days and Ladies holidays.
     

  • We take three days off during Ladies holidays.
     

  • *During the menstrual cycle, there is a natural downward moving flow of Apana vayu removing unwanted physical, mental and emotional toxins out from the body. Detaching ourselves from the physical practice during this time helps in maintaining the health of our internal systems and flowing with body's natural rhythm. As a seeker,it is a good opportunity to practice non-attachment and letting go.
     

  • Preferred timings are flexible, since multiple students may apply for the same time slot.
     

  • Students from all walks of life are welcome - including individuals new to Ashtanga yoga.
     

  • Please register two weeks in advance to secure your time slot, or continue your current schedule.
     

  • Please set up your device and mat before the class starts.
